Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Deboy GP, which operates UPortal ("UPortal", "we", "us"), collects through the UPortal website, panel and services, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address, sign-in name, and a protected (hashed) form of your password.
• Sign-in and security records: your IP address and the time of sign-ins, failed attempts and other security events. We keep these for up to 30 days.
• Devices: identifiers of the devices you register or connect (for example a MAC address and serial number), so we can tell which device is using a line.
• Your set-up: the servers, playlist links and source logins you enter, your groups, settings, screens and messages you create. Source links may contain your provider's credentials: keep them to what you are allowed to share.
• Orders and payments: what you bought, the amount, the method and reference. Card details are handled by payment providers: we do not store full card numbers.
• Messages to us: what you write in "Report a problem" or in an email, with your email address.

2. Why we use it

To run your account and the Service, to connect your devices, to process payments and deliver what you bought, to keep the Service secure and stop abuse, to answer your messages and handle complaints, and to meet legal and accounting duties. We do not sell your personal information and we do not show advertising based on it.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to operate: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider (for sign-up codes, password resets and replies), and payment providers when you pay. They may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect people from harm.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as your theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open and for a short time after, so we can handle questions or disputes. Payment and order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Security logs are kept for up to 30 days.

6. Security

We protect your information with measures such as hashed passwords, limits on sign-in attempts and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account, by writing to info@uportal.tv. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including the right to withdraw consent and to complain to your privacy regulator. We will answer within the time the law requires.

8. Where it is processed

Our providers may process information in other countries. When they do, we expect them to protect it to a similar standard.

9. Children

The Service is not for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about important changes.
