UPortal is a tool for organising and playing media that you supply. You are responsible for what you add to it. This policy says what is not allowed and how to report a problem.
1. Not allowed
- Adding, sharing or playing content you do not have the right to use, including unlicensed copyrighted material or sources that provide it.
- Content that is illegal, sexually exploits children, promotes violence against people, or is used to harass or defraud.
- Selling or promoting unlicensed content through the Service.
- Attacking, probing, overloading or trying to get around the security of the Service, accounts, devices or other users.
- Using stolen payment details, abusing refunds, or opening accounts to avoid a suspension.
- Sharing or reselling access in a way that breaks the Terms of Service.
2. Report a problem
To report abusive or unlicensed content, use Report a problem and choose "Report abusive or unlicensed content", or write to info@uportal.tv. Please include:
- your name and how to reach you;
- what the content is and, for a copyright claim, the work you own or represent;
- where we can find it (the link, server, playlist or channel name);
- a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and that the information is accurate.
3. What we do
When we receive a valid report we review it promptly. We may disable the source, server, playlist or screen involved, and we may tell the account owner what was reported. We keep a record of reports and actions. We suspend the accounts of repeat infringers.
4. If your content was disabled
If you believe we made a mistake, reply with your account email, what was disabled, and why you have the right to use it. We will review it and tell you our decision.
